CDAG 2025 Virtual Conference: November 12–13, 2025 (Future-Proofing Curriculum: Innovation in a Changing Postsecondary Landscape)
The CDAG conference supports our mandate to advance curriculum excellence in Ontario colleges through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and the promotion of best practices. Attendees can look forward to a dynamic program featuring panel discussions, interactive workshops and presentations focused on all things curriculum development.

Mindful Tech: Reclaiming Presence in a Digital World
In a world of constant notifications and endless scrolling, our attention is constantly being fragmented. This presentation explores how mindfulness can help us navigate digital spaces with intention and balance. Learn practical strategies to cultivate awareness, reduce tech-induced stress, and foster deeper connection with yourself and others.
By the end of the presentation, participants will be able to:
-Recognize the impact of digital habits on their overall well-being.
-Apply mindfulness techniques to reduce digital overwhelm and increase intentional tech use.
-Design personalized digital boundaries that support presence and productivity.

Digital Wellness Tips: Enhancing Student Learning & Well-Being in In-Person & Virtual Learning Environments

At all levels of education, the learning environment has evolved over the years. Increasingly, students are required to engage with a variety of learning spaces and tools, including the physical classroom and/or lab, virtual environments (on a learning management system – LMS or video conferencing – e.g., Zoom), and physical spaces outside of the classroom (e.g., nature, museums). A variety of technology and social media platforms are also being utilized and integrated into these environments. How can students optimize their attention, engagement, and learning in these diverse learning spaces? Join us for this interactive session where we will explore a variety of digital wellness strategies that can help enhance the student learning experience.
