It’s Nice To Meet You
I earned my M.A. in Sociology from Western University and Hons. B.A. in Sociology (minor in Women's Studies) from McMaster University, am trained in Unified Mindfulness (UM), positive space, rainbow diversity, and mental health first aid, and am currently a full-time Professor in Interdisciplinary Studies. I am a passionate advocate for investing in one’s health and wellness and inspiring others to live a life beyond surviving - to thriving! I believe that in order to give our best to others, we have to give ourselves the best first (in mind, body, and spirit). By leveraging the principles of Positive Psychology we can create a life we truly cherish!
