mid-year reflection
It’s June, which means two things: the first is that it’s finally summer, and the second is that we’ve reached the midpoint of the year.
June is one of those months that acts as an invitation for us to reflect on what has passed, our wins and challenges/setbacks, and to think about goals we want to set or changes we want to make. Here are some prompts I use that you might find helpful as you reflect on the last 6 months:
~ What moments (happy and/or difficult) in the last 6 months tested you, shaped you, helped you grow, or helped you learn more about yourself?
~ Looking back on the last 6 months, what gave you energy vs. depleted your energy?
~ What is one change you’re wanting to make?
~ Which habits have supported your wellbeing so far this year? Which habits are you wanting to start?
~ If your December self could speak to you now, what would you want them to say?
~ Choose a theme/feeling/word to help guide you for the remaining six months of 2026
~ What do you want to let go of and what do you want to welcome in for the last half of 2026?
Wherever you might find yourself at this midpoint, remember that you can start again at any point. You are allowed to change your mind, make adjustments, and grow at your own pace.
I’d love to hear what you are looking forward to in the next 6 months!
~Kate
